Repairing the speedometer/odometer Gear

The car suddenly stopped recording mileage ? 

Followed this YouTube video Repairing my speedometer/odometer Gear.

The whole cluster needs stripping down 

The blue gear is what you need for a 944 S2 1989

You can see the old gear is missing teeth, the plastic had gone so soft and it was almost melting away.
